ICT is interested to get in touch with dynamic professionals interested to work full time within a fast-growing young organization, to take care and to develop ICT company relationships with historical partners and with new and old customers in Europe and in China. He/she will be responsible to promote ICT products and consulting services to the prospects in the assigned region, to lead some of the projects in first person and/or in coordination with other ICT engineers and to proactively propose new added value solutions for the bearings industry.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
  • With dynamic and proactive approach;
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in bearings components industry with roles in manufacturing, engineering, product and process quality, company management (priority will be given to experts in high precision steel balls and rollers manufacturing);
  • Clear motivation to work for long-term within a dynamic, lean and results oriented international organization;
  • Good understanding of “lean thinking” principles and experience in their implementation within company strategic vision will be considered as plus.

The person will be based in his own residence and will be periodically requested to travel within the assigned geographical region to visit partners and customers, in strict coordination with the Italian company headquarter. The salary and benefit conditions offered by the company will be proportionate to the documented experience of the candidates.
